Mikhail Bulgakov or Bret Easton Ellis. Both have several brilliant books. Bulgakovs 'The Master And Margarita' is my all-time fav.
American Psycho is prob the best work by Ellis but it's given me a slight fear of habitrail tubes

Remarque, Nabokov, Goethe, Exupery (love their writing styles the most) and Im a huge fan of The Cursed Poets (especially Baudelaire).

I used to really like Murakami, but soon enough I realized all his works as just so depressing it makes me sad too! I don't have a favorite author as of the moment, but I do like some of the works of John Eldregde and Mario Puzo.
