Yeah, I agree. It could have been tightened up a bit to have more of a narrative so it went somewhere, but it looked good.
Even if the narrative was simply her starting on the ground, climbing up the stairs throughout the song toward the roof, doing the middle 8 surrounded by the NYC skyline at night and ending with her standing on the edge - about to jump. Same video but taken to the next level. She'd get controversy over the did-she-or-didn't-she commit suicide thing.
The main thing I don't like about GUY is the Touch me touch me don't be sweet / Love me love me please retweet lines because it really breaks the flow of the song. Either one of those lines would have been perfect. Not both. Also the nein Zedd part is a bit annoying. Everything else is one of the absolute best parts of ARTPOP.
