About visiting Dubai:

I wouldn't recommend that you visit DXB during the summer at all.. You will seriously fry (trust me I'm not exaggerating)! It gets extremely hot and basically you won't be able to enjoy your time outdoor.. It'll just be indoor like malls and stuff.. That'd be a shame because there are many amazing outdoor places that are very enjoyable in Dubai.

Nonetheless.. It's a very modernized and westernized city.. Amazing architecture.. Amazing malls.. Amazing hotels.. Many places to visit.. But as I've previously mentioned.. Just keep away from the UAE in the summer. (it's only the beginning of the summer and it already gets to 105F+ in the afternoon.. It'll be much much worse in August [probably 118F - 123F])
