Of course if people's faves were in his postion, they would understand, but most people here can't think on their own

The thing is that the "rude harassment" that apparently took place to lead to these types of responses are 110% the same types of questions that are asked in every deposition, usually in an effort to get the person being deposed to become frustrated and admit certain things. He was not particularly targeted in some uncharacteristically rude way by the lawyer; ANYONE in a deposition can be asked ANYTHING, case-relevant or not. If he wants to be defensive about these questions, that is his issue. They ask about your personal life and a ton of other things that seem unrelated to the case at hand, which does frustrate people and leads them to blow up like this and only helps the other side in the case. That's the point. It is very possible to remain composed throughout the entire ordeal, but the other side clearly got the best of him here, which happens very often. However, anyone trying to defend him by blaming the lawyer interrogating him for being "rude" clearly knows nothing about depositions. At the end of the day, he came across like an asshole and could have handled this with more maturity and grace than he did.
