I was curious on your guy's opinions on meeting up with someone in person that you have only talked to online and/or not in person. I've been talking to someone online and through texting for a bit and they want to meet up, and I see no problem with it. I'm also 21 though and know I can handle myself haha. Is it dangerous and/or bad to meet up with people in person you don't know? There's a lot of creepers and bad people online so I can see the potential problems. Discuss

It obviously depends on the person, but if you really like them I'd say go for it, I met my best friend online and we've been friends for almost a decade now. If you're unsure about them or worried but want to anyway then you could just meet them in a public place like the mall so you're not in any danger.

Yes, we have talked on the phone, texted, and swapped pictures. They aren't giving me Catfish vibes so why not? I think we'll meet up somewhere public though for the first time and let a friend know where I'll be ha.

If you knew them for years + talked on voice/video chat I think it's Gucci. Just be careful though.
