Yes, but not in the way people might expect them to (i.e "since they're both gay they should be inseparable best-friends" lol)
And because there's not that relationship some expect, people naturally assume they don't get along, or that they're even enemies. But in my experience, all of my gay friends have at least one lesbian friend, including myself.
Total misconception.
