Gaga's latest controversy
Yesterday Lady Gaga performed on a festival and instead of doing a normal Gaga performance she decided to make it more personal and nasty in her own acceptable way, by having sausages on stage and doing something I would've never expected of her.
I went to the Monster Ball, I loved it and I did see the interlude, obviously with all the effects the video has I thought the vomitting was fake, as in the "artist" puking on her would have the liquid in her mouth and just make it look like she was throwing up instead of actually doing it.
After last night, we all saw that it's not meant to be artistic, it's just meant to make you feel grossed out by it. Millie, the "performance artist", swallowed colored liquids and put her fingers down her throat so that she would puke on Gaga, something that Gaga herself allowed and asked for.
What I ask now is how far do you go to send a message? Do you not realize that this is promoting bulimia for the sake of something that is NOT art? Are we admitting that 2 Girls 1 Cup was art? How can people agree with this? We do need to have an open mind, but this is too much! How can she send a message about loving yourself as you are and then show you it's ok for you to force vomit just because?
Anyway I love Lady Gaga, she's my fav artist and I'm the first one to deffend her but this is not what she's all about, she's controversial, not stupid.
Discuss please and don't use that gif, it's just gross to some of us, respect.

Kind sir, 2 girls 1 cup was a ****ography for cryin out loud. A shock video not some discreet bulimic entourage video subtly promoting bulimia. Get a grip you guys it was shocking, it was gross, but she's not promoting bulimia.

The Monsters don't care. They're wearing rose-colored glasses. There's no point in trying to reason with them. She's still LADY GAGA QUEEN OF POP, who can do no wrong.

So ****ing disgusting. She always takes things too far. It's no wonder why the general public is through with her.

I agree and people should really stop defending her, what she did was vile, disgusting, humiliating and WRONG.
How is getting puked on ART or something positive whatsoever? And to all of you that will say "That's why I love her", go see a specialist.

Are your hater-glasses blocking your view or something.
Gaga gets bashed by most of her fanbase for months now.
Maybe there are people who aren't ******* and actually love her performance.
Just like her interlude from the so amazing TFM era.

Some of them, I'm a little monster myself and I don't have to agree with all she does, my ArtRave was in November and I'm seeing Beyoncé in two weeks, if she brings this girl on tour I don't think I wanna go...

What I get a real kii out of is the stans saying stuff like, "It wasn't even real vomit!!!"
Uh, yes it was. Just because it wasn't chunky and funky and a product of being ill doesn't mean that it's not real vomit. She drank a died dairy product, let it settle in her stomach, and then brought it up via bulimia and expelled it through the act of vomiting (on Gaga). It's still regurgitated fluids. It's still real vomit.
Now the stans that they accept and admit that it was vomit and still try to make it seem like a work of "art" or some kind of message are the real standouts, imo. There are many, many other ways to express disgust or get your audience to feel something without getting somebody to throw up on you. That's solely for attention.

First of all this is NOTHING like 2 girls and 1 cup.
Second of all, I hope that everyone who is displeased and disgusted by this feels the same way about oral sex or else you're just contradicting yourself.

Art has no definition, doesn't mean you can take it as far as you'd like and still think you're doing something acceptable because it's art, no excuse.

If you don't agree with I that's fine but quit trying to bring down those who actually thought her expression was just. No one said you had to like it did they? As if other pop stars don't do **** for attention.

it's supposed to elicit a reaction. That's the whole point of anything any performer aims to do.
The fact that y'all still crying over this during your lunch breaks from cleaning your local KFC toilets just facilitates the intention of the stunt exactly. But alas this is just pedestrianTRL who want pop singers to do nothing other than the norm and do things which accommodate their IQs, or lack thereof
