Well, Swine is about someone who is "disgusting" and a "pig on the inside", vomit is disgusting/gross/unclean like a swine. Some people vomit when they're disgusted, so many it represented how she felt while having sex with the "Swine". Art doesn't need "meanings" anyway.

This is potentially the most disgusting thing in pop music history. It's one thing to have a song which refers to the idea of a pig but personifying it and bringing it to life is exceeding shock value, its tacky and lame.
