She's known for her wacky outfits and crazy behavior first and her music second. Which is unfortunate because she actually is talented but she did it to herself.

She's known more for her fashion. If you ask someone the first thing they think of when you say "Lady Gaga" they'll probably say the meat dress etc.

Yeah she kinda is I mean people know her music but from what I've noticed is that people talk more about her fashion so yeah I guess so
