Yes of course she's a legend. She could never make another album again and everyone would still know who she is 50 years from now. She is that huge and had that much of an impact. She is the only legend of her generation.
I'm not even a bey stan and even I can admit that she already is a legend and an icon. Do I care for her? Not really. Can't deny her impact/legacy though. Her longevity alone is extremely impressive. Smashing so hard in her like 16th year of being in the music industry. She also has the talent/acclaim and sales to back her up.
Not yet, is she an icon? Yes, will she be a legend? Probably if she continues to work hard for it... Those 500 dates tours will do part of the job for her but she needs 2 or 3 SL and 1 defining album. Read that well, defining ALBUM, not risky release strategy
