Yes , this is bollywood! Where every movie has songs. By every i mean every. The musicians just sing nothing else. They don't make any music video, the film makes the music video with the actors.

Other parts of India do this too. I've seen Tollywood (Telugu) and Kollywood (Tamil) movies and their actors mime to the voices of actual singers.
