To those calling the single a flop:

"Bossy" is currently Lindsay's second-best selling single on iTunes - ever. All done in a week and without any promotion no less. The single has been getting stellar customer reviews - 4 1/2 stars from 181 reviewers - and has peaked at #52 on the iTunes Pop Chart. It is currently #70 on said chart, which I think is a success in itself because there has been absolutely no promotion whatsoever. So a flop? Don't think so. It has sold great so far, and with the video coming soon, it has the makings of a hit.

To the "leaked single" "Guilty":

It's not Lindsay. It's a singer called Jade Valerie.

Plus if it hasn't even reached the top songs on iTunes how would you call that a hit? Her fansites all posted it & tommy2.net posted it. You don't need a lot of downloads to peak at #52.

I never said that the song is a "hit" based on the number of reviews, I just simply noted that the reaction has been overwhelmingly favourable. Also, again, I clearly stated the song is doing well for a NEW single WITHOUT any promotion whatsoever and finally, I NEVER said the song was a "hit", I said it has the makings of a hit, which basically means in time and with the right push, it can be big. I think some comprehension classes are in order here, because you obviously lack basic conception skills.
