Wouldn't it be awesome if she releases something out of nowhere tomorrow night? I mean, an appearance on Kimmel, a huge concert being streamed live . . . she couldn't possibly waste this on nothing.

The only waste would have been not doing it. She got massive exposure for ARTPOP, the next single wasn't ready it would have hurt its chances at charting high since it would have gone to radio after the performance.
And I will stan for that ARTPOP performance. It was excellent.
