Kesha and Carly Rae, obviously.
No, but in all seriousness I think Kesha's future success is entirely dependent on how things turn out in the next few months. We have no idea what her label situation is (Is she still with Kemosabe? Is she even still with RCA?) and depending on the answers to those questions the result could go pretty much any way.
Britney's next era will entirely depend on whom she works with as well. I think she can still slay (at least relative to these other girls' past eras) if she works with better producers than will, and I imagine Britney's team will have learned that lesson by now.
Carly's next era is very make-or-break. She can still smash, I think/hope, but it depends entirely on how she's promoted. The odds are not in her favor though.
If we're speaking strictly US numbers and I HAD to guess: Britney > Avril > Kesha > Christina > Carly

Singles do sell albums though. In fact, that's the actual purpose of singles, to promote and sell an album. That Avril's numbers are so relatively storing given her lack of a real hit this era is actually fairly impressive.
