She's a really good actress, but she's definitely been losing her touch as of late with the lack of practice and training (in exchange for drinking and partying). Acting is just like any other skill, it needs refinement and classes to maintain and grow.

she was pretty good in Spring Breakers. I don't see anyone saying she's an amazing actress but she's decent.

She is decent and easily the best to come out from Disney.

She plays the same role in a lot of her movies. She needs something she can really sink her teeth in and show us her skill. I liked her in Spring Breakers though.

I think she works a lot better as a comedic actress. She has solid comedic timing and definitely has the charisma to carry the scene.

BUT, I haven't been too impressed with her dramatic/"serious" work.

I just hope she finds stronger comedic roles soon because what she's done since she left that disney show has been pretty lame.

Well every actor/actress has a not so good movie here and there. It's part of career. You shouldn't judge her acting off one movie. In Getaway it was mainly the script and the plot that wasn't too good.

What about Spring Breakers? That wasn't really comedy. And that scene with James Franco was pretty dramatic...

If you're referring to her roles in Disney stuffs maybe, because Disney Channel loves over the top acting. But except from that no, i really liked her in Spring Breakers.
