Is anyone as obsessed with this **** as me? I've always put hot sauce on everything, but when my Filipino aunt introduced me to Sriracha a few years ago I haven't turned back. It's become increasing popular in the United States over the years even garnering a Halloween costume and a flavor of Lays chips. What do you put Sriracha on?

Personally, I put it on:

French Fries
Tacos
Seitan
Eggs
Veggies
Pasta
Mix it with Sour Cream
Pizza
Hummus
Chili

When I worked at this coffee shop my manager introduced me and taught me to make an Aloha Panini.

I've never used it on anything other than mixing it with Mayo to make it spicy for my sandwiches.
