I've had my suspicions about ADD and ADHD after I saw the sheer volume of suburban kids who started waving this label around like it was the hottest trend. I think it's because some entitled parents think there must be logical reason as to why their kids aren't getting good grades as opposed to a lack of effort and discipline on their part. That's not to say every diagnosis is wrong though and that something like this doesn't exist.
