Blake is more experienced and usually goes further in the competition because of the demographic that watches The Voice.
I expected better from her, considering she has a bit of experience. I hope she makes it far in the competition or even wins, she deserves success again.

Did Hey Monday ever really have a "hit" like Paula did with "Walk Away"? Was Hey Monday as known as Tommy Pickles from the Rugrats or the sister of the actress on a popular television show? I don't consider Cassadee Pope as being well known before the Voice
She should've gone with TEAM SHAKIRA and really pushed herself down the latin road, TEAM BLAKE is not for her. I understand she takes inspiration from country music, but if she's put up against an authentic country artist for the battle rounds she's going to loose. At least with TEAM SHAKIRA she has more opportunities to dabble with different genres.
Although I totally wish Usher would've turned around, he could've really been a strong mentor for her.
I liked it. I like how Paula made it her own and her voice isn't as angelic and technically trained as Ariana's but Paula sings with more emotion to me and she moves around the stage better. I don't think there was anything wrong with her singing this song or trying out. Even if she doesn't win the competition, who knows some label might sign her. I wish Paula the best!

I agree, she was dumb to pick Blake. That other woman is going to CRUSH her. It's almost not fair to make her go against someone twice her age. Paula better at least give it 300% and get a steal from Shakira.
