It's not about the smartphones, it's about the amount of information that we are receiving, and with smartphones, you just get information, basically 24/7, wherever you are (except with no reception ) and it's not only news, it's news, communication with your friends, interests etc.

It actually is. The older generation keep saying that us teenagers waste too much time on our smartphones and don't bother trying to communicate and make new friends or to spend some time to take in our surrounding and appreciate what there is in life.
That's what I've experienced, at least. Load of bull****. Can't wait to show these pictures to my family and put them in their place

Random people being on the street, of course they are not gonna communicate. If you're at a party or at a dinner and on your phone, that's when I burn into flames and put people into their place.
