I agree. The only aspects of her life that we are privy to is what the media has access to. I didn't know Taylor was good friends with Dianna Agron and Vanessa, Lena Durham etc, because the media only asked her/talked about Selena and her being BFF's for the longest. She has tons of other friends that she's remained close to for years... Celebs and non-celebs.

Even if Taylor was using Lorde, she could be using her too. Didn't Lorde herself say in an interview that she texts Taylor for advice all the time? The Lord probably teaches her how to respectfully handle fame, money and fans.
And I'm so here for a collab, they have the potential to create the best female collab of our generation.
Maybe for relevance and acclaim? It seems Lorde won two more Grammys than ha this past year, so...
Seeing as how Taylor is one of the highest critically acclaimed pop/ country artist out right now, it seems your opinion is invalid. Taylor is the youngest recepient to receive the Grammy AOTY award, along with 6 other Grammys and a record breaking 6 consecutive songwriter of the year awards. Along with just being named the richest muscisian by Billboard. You seriously need to crawl out of your parents' basement and get out much more if you think Taylor Swift is irrelevant

Pretty sure that interview was before their relationship was hitting off.
