No, 100M is hard to reach for artists (outside WWl smashes).
Even for established artists sometimes is difficult to reach 100M views if the song is not a smash.
Rihanna - What Now : 77M views
Justin Bieber - Confident : 33M views
Justin Bieber - All That Matters : 55M views
Katy Perry - Unconditionally : 78M views
OneDirection - Midnight Memories : 28M views
Beyoncé - XO : 31M views
And these are the most viewed artists.
