How is she being a stereotype when people of others races act the same way?. It's only an issue because in some peoples eyes she is an angry black woman. So therefor her opinion is invalid miss me with that mess.
Giliap has a point.

That's why it's called an opinion. And I'll say it again, her race means nothing to me, at all. Her opinion is valid, and I said it before. But if you're battling against illiteracy and ignorance you should be articulated and elegant while doing so.
Sure, she's angry, but it's counterproductive imo.

How about you stop using your eyes to prejudge her and use your ears to hear what she has to say?

Yes, but it's very telling that the first thing you wrote was what you SAW and not what you heard, given this wasn't a fashion shoot or anything that deserved a critique on visuals first and foremost, but a speech on people, wrongdoing and injustices. Did you see MLK's speeches and think he was "angry" too?
I think it's complete BS that any argument a black woman has, is null and void if they show any angry emotions. I don't know about you, but given the content she was discussing, she had every right to be angry. I mean it's not like white people never get angry on political shows and this was basically what she was discussing, so
She wasn't being facetious with her anger and it wasn't misplaced.

The fact that you saw her color and not her genius intelligent says a lot about you
She has a point and shes furious becase she comes from that struggle, she is faced by the problems she discussed and she has every right to be angry theres no shame in that in fact i didnt see it as anger i saw at as passion so stop your stereotyping sh i t and disgusting prejudice for one minute and open your mind at whats shes saying

First of all why is the video playing in a *****ed pitch? Second, why did you feel the need to add "black" in the title? Very telling.

She can be furious, she can be angry, and still deliver a eloquent speech about her struggles and what's wrong in today's society. Her points may be valid, but her speech takes credibility from her.
Maya Angelou said "If you don’t like something change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude to it.”

says a lot about you, though. my white middle aged mom gets 10x more angry and "passionate" when she starts talking politics.
that stuff doesn't have anything to do with race. this girl is very frustrated with, and rightfully so, her own culture and politics in general.
It's not like she was beating on a person... she was just very upset. not to mention, she wasn't at some convention or public gathering.

Seriously though, some of her points are a bit misguided but I agree for the most part...especially BET's standing. Why it's still on any channel line-up is beyond me.

What she said about the music industry and it's promotion of violence in the Black community and Black spending outside outside of the community was SO damn true.
She ****ing SPILLED. ![JonnyϟLightning](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v232/korn0818/ATRL_Smilies_All/atrlers/jonny_zpsc73391c5.png)

Again and again, I would comment the same thing if she was white, chinese, indian and so on. I even stated she has a point, which was sad because she's falling in the stereotype that she's trying to break. THAT was my observation. You people are so damn eager trying to play the racist card, is actually funny.
