with studio lighting that tricks the eye. It depends on the text that's
added along with the gif that will determine if it's warned.

If the moderator appreciates smarter responses from members, the gif may not be warned in the above situation.

The gif (and post, in general) would definitely be warned in this case.
Furthermore, the gif will most likely always be warned if it's posted with no text.
