Frank was against the idea of Chipotle using their OWN logo in their commercial which they paid Frank to partake in. So they're "suing" him for the money back that they paid him to do tghe commercial since he denied.

To be called a "fad" Frank would have to first release his second studio album and then we see how the sales are from there. Frank is a very quiet artist and has virtually dropped off the radar since he ended his sold out international tour because he is working on new music, so I am not sure why you are calling him a fad.
