I feel bad that he's dyslexic, but didn't he at least practice?
Right, that's the only thing I can say about that. You'd think he would've practiced, especially if he knew he wasn't able to pronounce her name. Maybe he panicked, though, or he forgot her name and just read it off of that. I don't know.
