This would actually be a great idea. The irony is that she usually tries to make radio friendly pop songs only for radio to pay her dust. But going completely left field and creating a fantastic EDM track (by EDM fan standards) could change things since the genre doesn't discriminate against good music, and if it gets big in the EDM world, it could crossover to radio.
