"Addicted To You" was directed by Anthony Mandler.
This new video is probably being filmed in Barcelona, which is where Shakira's longtime director Jaume De Laiguana happens to live. Most of his work looks cheap and dingy ("Rabiosa", "Dia De Enero", Las De La Intuicion", "Don't Bother").
If he's directing, she's basically sabotaging her next single.
