Sis, with Happy it was definitely not going to hit #1
It's declining because it has peaked on all but pop, it's not being pulled back
It's decreasing a bit on iTunes and streaming as well. It will probably stay stable on radio for a bit and stay top 10 on BB for a few more weeks
Peak has been reached sis
