Nobody's Perfect was at 906,000 back in 2010, I'm sure it's sold more than 917k by now.

Depends on who you consider Disney girls. Britney and Xtina aren't Disney girls and Hilary doesn't even have a Platinum single. Am I missing someone?

How's Xtina not a Disney girl? She's a girl, and was on the Mickey Mouse Club that aired on the Disney Channel. You just don't want Legend X at #1.
