Yesterday in a class the teacher's assistant, who was giving a presentation, was saying something about ****** pop music and immediately gave Britney as an example. People use her as the default example for pop, a genre which they view as fake and soulless. Some people just HATE her, even after all these years. And they're right in a way, but I think that's what attracts me to her so much. Everyone knows she's a product but she's so unapologetic about it that it's endearing.
