She basically performed her demo versions live and I think she either dubbed the studio over it or they got some special cameras that recorded the music very well.
I think they were like more "finished" tracks than just demos, maybe they have re-worked them a tad now as it has been 6 months but you get my point. But yeah they dubbed them over and added a few live instruments at the beginning/end and her screaming words to make it seem more live
