I don't get the "she was bad at her job" comments either. How exactly was her publicist supposed to manage Harry Styles and the Golden Globes? It's not the publicists fault that Taylor's Q rating has taken a dip, and even so, Red tour was extremely successful, right?

Two incidents that were completely out of her control prove she was bad at her job? I think the millions upon millions of albums Taylor has sold tells a different story about how good her publicity has been in her career...

The only thing that would've saved Taylor's reputation is not letting her put out any more songs about Ex-lovers, and really most of the reputation damage came after Red was released so it was too late for that.

Taylor will be fine since she has such a clean image.
