What I am writing a review for is not the casino itself, but the event center. I really can't say that I care for this place, at all. We came to Vegas cause a friend got a booking to DJ. We cruise up, the parking lot is full of holes..we looked like damn bobbleheads. My friend and I walk in and have to use the restroom to find dirty raver chicks all over the floor hanging out. There was no running water so the toilets were filled with *gag* I won't go any further on that one and we couldn't even wash our hands. The place smelled funny and was filthy. I understand that raves and clubs get messy I was a raver myself back in the day, but this was pretty unsanitary. I hope they get this place cleaned up so kids can enjoy themselves in a safe, sanitary way.
It's sad that their momentum has really taken a toll on their career. Reminds me of Ciara. Don't anticipate for too long because at some point a lot of ppl will stop caring.
I get that it's a show for the fans, but unfortunately you know that people will be judging the venue and hosts. It all comes in one package, and regardless of the situation, they can't be taken seriously by the majority if they in fact are performing at a ratchet venue with a host from ATL housewives. Idk what's going on and if they booked this themselves, but it is depressing and just makes fans think the wait for something official will be even longer.
Honestly they might as well not perform at this point. Don't get people hyped, and disappear w/ no new music. That's my main complaint right now. I knew the MTV VMA "announcement" was a little much. Just show us the music....hype can come later.
But I'm still checking for them...whenever they come....
