Yes but you should know that Miley didn't watch the video, she just saw that pic that someone posted. I know because she never drags anyone. When you just see the picture it gives you the wrong idea, she wouldn't drag someone knowing that person said she like the Bangerz Tour or that they're good friends. I also think that Miley had no idea that KT broke up with John this week because she's on tour and she doesn't watch TV.
I'll patiently wait for them to kiss and make up.
