I got my hands on a Hyper Voice Eevee yesterday from the GTS. It also has Heal Bell and Wish. Gonna evolve into a Sylveon and use it as a cleric. Any EV spread suggestions?

If M-Gardevoir has 165 base Sp. Attack and it's ability is Pixilate and Hyper Beam has 150 Base Power plus 30% boost from the ability. Does that mean it's the strongest Hyper Beam of all Pokemon and possibly one of the strongest attacks ever?

(150 x 1.3 = 195) x 1.5 = idk something like 290. Porygon-Z's Adaptability Hyper Beam has 300 BP, so Gardevoir's is up there, but not the strongest. Unlike Porygon-Z's tho, it can hit things super effectively, so I'd say it's better overall. Not that one should ever consider using Hyper Beam on ha anyway, especially when she has 4mss in tha first place (Hyper Voice, Psyshock, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Energy Ball, etc.)
Sylveon and Florges have similar stats and the same typing. Making a mono fairy team isn't fun right now because there's not enough good dual-types and almost all of them have tragic physical defense and speed.
