I'm trying to upload a gif and I am being told that I'm using the wrong format. Please help.

I'm trying to change my high quality avatar.

I found a gif I wanted to upload and when I entered the URL I was told :

You did not enter the correct format for the High Quality Avatar Location field. Please read the field description for the expected format.

The ending of the file has to end in ".gif"

It says that the file was deleted. I guess I'll search for a new one.
