Do you believe that you are a natural talent at singing and something you are born with, and some are great and some are bad.

Or do you think anyone can have a good singing voice by practicing and being trained enough?

I don't think you can develop singing. Maybe you can improve it, but only if it's your gift/you were born with it.

I'm not sure what I personally think about the subject so that is why I am seeking others opinions. I am kind off learning towards you are born great, okay, or bad, and you can only improve your voice with training and practice but never make such an impact to go from a hopeless singer, to a fantastic power house of vocals

Your singing can be trained but if you aren't born with a singing talent you can't expect to develop a great singing voice.

Well If you want to be an amazing vocalist you need at the least a little bit of talent.
But an average voice can even surpass a gifted voice with the proper training.
