If you have the new version of iTunes I think all songs download without the copyright information.

Well if I'm wrong oop. That is what I've heard. Maybe they've changed it. I don't have the new version of iTunes because I don't like it...so I don't know for myself But from everyone's responses it seems some songs have copyright and some don't? All of them should, technically. That's how it is in the old versions.
