It may sound cliche but looks help you a lot in life, I'm thankful for them.
Not saying you should depend on that, cause I'm a hard worker but I know I would've gotten **** on some occasions.
On the other hand a stong persona helps a lot too, so IDK.
There's nothing wrong with being outgoing nor awkward tho.
