Did you ever had a sudden flash back about a certain embarrassing incidents of your life and you are so disgusted by it

These flashbacks come at the most random moments for me. Like while brushing my teeth or writing a test paper

I feel so disgusted by them and I am like "what was I thinking when i did that ?"

Is it just me or happens to every one ?

Yes. Especially when I can't sleep or something. I have so many embarrassing moments.

All the freaking time. I have so many embarrassing memories that it's pretty much guaranteed that one of them will randomly come into my mind at any given moment

Yes!! They usually happen in the shower or while I'm at work! When they happen I just make a weird face or go "no no no no no"

It's worse when you're trying to sleep and you remember a particular scary scene in a horror movie, so you're just like: well **** i ain't sleeping tonight
