Don't know or care who this lizard hand thing is but I do agree that Vin should be banned. It should be warnable to be that obnoxiously annoying with every post tbh.
Let me tell you all something about Vin - he's very clever. He almost always knows exactly what he's doing when he posts a new thread or makes some shady comment. That's how he's stayed here so long without extended bans and how he's made a little bit of a name for himself without really trying. He's most likely not going anywhere except his occasional month long vacations!
