However. The Info contained in the new thread contained new information.

The title of the article being sourced mentions gaga's name specifically - which is why the title of the new thread mentions gaga's name. What was the OP supposed to do? title his post something totally different to what his source was titled?

^ From the thread I linked. The issue itself is all AP info. It LITERALLY deals with the same info. I didn't even close it and I acknowledge that. There's nothing more to talk about.
