The delusion. LOL @ prestigious vocalist awards. But has she gotten a 'voice of this generation award' or a specific award saying she's the 'People's Voice'? That's the real tea here. That is what we are discussing. You can sit there and talk about all the accolades Beyonce has but is she on the Times 100 influential people list with an article written by CELINE DION about how great she is or Rolling Stone's 100 greatest artists of all time?! Nope!
Beyonce's head voice is one of the worst I've heard. Christina could wipe the floor with Beyonce's weak head voice any day. We should try to see if Beyonce could even pull off a song like A Song For You. God knows how bad that could be with what she did to At Last.
lol the only thing Christina's brittle falsetto can wipe is Blue Ivy's bottles...but then it might crack just like the rest of her limited range
We should probably just keep this vocally related to avoid being off-topic. Everyone knows Xtina's a flop (sorry for being blunt), but you wouldn't say Britney is a better vocalist just because she happen to sell more.
Vocally speaking, Xtina was revered. Today, she's fallen off harshly because she's neglected to take care of her voice. It's that simple. She could have been (she has a nicer tone than Bey), but realistically, she's not.
The only problem I have with Kelly's live performances are her intonation problems, the holes in her voice, and her tendency to squeeze notes out..
She does not have holes in her voice. And she has no intonation problems either? And I disagree with the "squeeze notes out", I've posted a few videos in here showing some effortless belts.

And? She got some criticism for forgetting the lyrics there. Not because of her performance. If anything people she had a great voice there, but criticized the lyrics being forgotten.
And we all know her vocal legacy has been strengethed to the public with The Voice
