LOL, everytime she performs GYHAB she sings the song in the same exact way. She probably does the same for Neon Lights.

With GYHAB it's a tossup if the "everytime you run" portion is exactly the same way it is on the CD where it's like 3 notes, if she just turns it into a note that's just one short note, if it's one note for run but still drags out some ooos. When she's ill, obviously the 3part long run has to go, but she still doesn't sing it fairly often when well, perhaps saving her voice or whatever.
The most consistent thing about it is her quitting the repeat ending to the song "The day I first met you, you told me, you never fall in love." She never sings that anymore.
I note this because I absolutely LOVE the CD's "run" so I'm always slightly disappointed when she doesn't sing it that way. She sings it that way mostly for televised performances so I was totally thrilled she did it for the performance in Vancouver at the start of this most recent tour.
I don't have any section of Neon Lights I'm that attached to though so I don't care that much about how it's sung.
