What Ana said about Gaga was in no way shade, and I'd bet my life that Gaga would take it as praise. Everyone knows that nearly everything she does, for better or worse, is the expression of some artistic ideal.
That's something very unique to her, and it's part of the reason why so many people love and respect her artistry. How you could interpret that as shade is beyond me.
