You probably saw the image on a site and decided to post it here immediately, insinuating she's gotten things done and she looked better "natural", not realizing the full background story of the images...

She got into a car accident in 07, and that's why she's had plastic surgery done. In her interviews she still the same person as she was before the accident.

Your whole thread with the whole "Rose McGowan's TRAGIC Transformation!" is like you were insinuating she's gotten multiple things done and she is a Heidi Montag 2.0.

Now that you know the full story you should at least edit your post.
