Really weird how it was just one - and just happened on its own accord. Don't think i was touching 'em or anything. Anyway a guy I know had the same happen to him but he lives a 2hr drive from the nearest hospital and needless to say... he lost his.

I've heard this from people before, you have more chance of it happening when doing nothing and watching a film than when you are exercising or doing something active, but it can happen to anyone at any time. You are lucky though, they usually have to operate immediately to be able to save it
The same can happen to the ovaries of women. A girl I know suddenly got stomach aches and it turned out one of her ovaries had turned around out of the blue
