I have them, but I never notice them on other people. But I think generally-speaking, they're more attractive on guys than girls since guys generally have less body fat than girls, so it would be kind of strange for girls to have them...

turn on for men turn off for women.
But only to the forearms. once it starts going into the bicep because they are juiced up on roids it immediately becomes a turn off.
