In the TV series Supernatural, Gods and Angels use the body of actual human beings to use while being on Earth is that the same case with Glory and her human form?

Since her true form she was a monster like Illyria from Angel. Was her female human form of a Sunnydale citzen?

The other hell gods over powered her and placed her inside a mortal child
but she was too powerful and was able to free herself for a certain period at a time

Glory was a hell god that ruled over some hell dimension with two others, but she was becoming too powerful so the other two got rid of her by trapping her into a human host body (Ben) that would eventually die along with her. They didn't count on her power growing while in human form.

I totally forgot she shared a body with Ben. That was so strange when I think back on it.
