Define "Good Sis"
We always use this just because it sounds nice, but we don't really know what it means.
Let's try and find a Cambridge dictionary worthy definition!

I use it when I try to be nice and instead of saying friend or buddy, I say good sis

I do it when someone has obviously gone to far, or lusting or whatever as a sort of a silly counterbalance.
